Prior to and during a Handover Encore appointment your Encore specialist will request information on which aspects of the vehicle are most relevant to you. There is no one-size-fits-all experience. Your session will be tailored to meet your unique preferences and needs. Even if you are familiar with a feature, an Encore specialist can help you understand the full breadth of its capability — and more importantly, how it can enhance your daily driving experience. If you need clarification on the function or operation of any feature, you Encore specialist will walk you through how to use it, making sure you’re the one running the show. With so many impressive technologies at your fingertips, both in your vehicle and on your mobile device, you might not be aware of all that your new Land Rover offers. Our experts will leave you empowered to take complete advantage of every innovation. They’re adept at explaining our latest infotainment features, all-terrain driving systems, comfort settings and safety technology.
A Handover Encore experience typically lasts about 60 to 90 minutes, but we’re on your schedule. The session may be short, or as long as you like. Afterwards, if any new questions arise regarding the operation of a feature, simply contact your Encore specialist. At the point of initial delivery, your retail sales professional will explain the service to you and offer to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you may contact your retail sales professional post initial delivery and they will be happy to set up and appointment for you at your convenience.
