I really liked the reports they generate when they inspect your car and very good communication. Did not felt pressured into doing repairs that was recommended, but can wait since the service isn't cheap.
I was driving across the country and was loosing coolant. I called and spoke with Ashley, who was friendly and helpful. I brought my Range Rover Evoque in for a pressure test of the cooling system to help diagnose the problem. Ashley kept me updated and informed me that the water pump and drive belt needed to be replaced. The repair took an extra day to receive the part. The repair was done well and I had no problems driving back to California. Thank you.
